West Wyalong has 12 Independant Living Units and is located in Western NSW, about 5.5 hours from Sydney, and 3.5 hours from Canberra.

West Wyalong grew rapidly durring the Gold rush in 1889 and is close to a number of historic sites.  Lake Cowral is just north-east of West Wyalong and, being the largest natural lake in NSW, is impressive as habitat for many water-birds.
