Presbyterian Aged Care is seeking a qualified and experienced leader to manage and enhance our program and service delivery at our Paddington Aged Care Facility.
PAC Paddington is a fully accredited (2009) Aged Care facility, currently catering for 88 high and low care residents.
Reporting to the Central Executive Management, the position is an opportunity to provide strong leadership in the continuing development of quality outcomes managed in a framework of continuous improvement and risk management. Linked to a distinctive and effective ministry Presbyterian Church Ministry, the position will strategically address the growing needs of the ageing community and residents/clients entrusted to our care.
Presbyterian Aged Care is seeking an outstanding individual who can demonstrate the following capabilities:
- Commitment to the Vision & Mission of Presbyterian Aged Care
- Experience in Human Resources & staff management
- Demonstrable Management Experience including financial management, as well as change management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of, and commitment to quality management systems, including benchmarks and KPI?s
- Sound knowledge of the aged care industry and regulatory framework.
Desirable Qualification:
- Registered Nurse List A qualifications(minimum 5 years experience in Aged Care)
