Presbyterian Aged Care provides over 200 Independent Living (or Self Care) Units across NSW and the ACT.  Independent Living Units are ideal for seniors who would like to leave the management of a large house behind.  Often units are situated in a village-like community and provide opportunities for making new friends, increased security and access to village facilities and activities.

At our larger sites, where available, ageing in place is offered and residents are often invited to join in organized activities and outings.

Our units are administered under the NSW Retirement Villages Act or, in Canberra, under the ACT Code of Practice for Retirement Villages.

Residents are usually charged an ingoing contribution and a weekly maintenance charge to enter our seniors housing.  Some of our units are reserved for those unable to afford such a contribution and are available on a rental basis.  Details of the costs for the units you are interested in are contained as an insert to this package or are available on request.
